Milton  is a native of Exmore, VA.  He now resides in Lake Forest, CA and works in Newport Beach, CA as an investment consultant for clients of  TIAA-CREF Trust Company.

Milton is an instrument rated commercial pilot with 800 hours civilian flying time. After spending 28 years in the Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and California Air National Guard he has accumulated over 3000 military flying hours in the F-4 Phantom and the KC-135. He has flown across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans several times and has flown to numerous countries in both the northern and southern hemisphere.  Milton retired from the military in August 2001 as a lieutenant colonel and operations officer of the 196th Air Refueling Squadron at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside California.

Milton is flying his Zenith CH-200, a Canadian designed homebuilt aircraft constructed in 1974 in a garage in northern California. He has owned his Zenith for 13 years. His is one of the few CH-200s in operation in the U.S. The Zenith is of metal construction with a 145-horse power Continental engine and a fixed pitch propeller. It cruises at 120kts and has a 4.5-hour endurance.

Milton loves flying his Zenith because it is controlled with a stick instead of a yoke, has wing-tip takes for more fuel capacity, is a sporty two-seater, and has sex appeal like the jet fighter he used to fly.

Milton's aircraft is based in Corona, CA. On weekends you can find him yanking and banking in the skies over southern California. He is quickly bored with straight and level flying and loves to fly in formation with other aircraft
